Return and Refund Policy

The usual cancellation policy of planbalitrip.com enables you to request a change to and cancel a reservation up to 24 hours before the initial scheduled time of the Booking; if the Experience does not have a specified start time, the last day to request a change or cancel is usually two days before the start date. The timings are calculated based on the Experience's time zone. To be profitable, a cancellation must be done via the self-service tools offered on the Website.

We have to be notified in writing if tour/travel services are canceled for any reason, preventable or unavoidable. Cancellation fees would be applicable from the date we got the letter in writing, and they would be as follows:

  • 60 to 30 days before arrival: 25% of the booking amount.
  • Twenty-nine days to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the booking amount.
  • 14 to 7 days before arrival: 75% of the booking amount
  • 06 days or less before arrival or no-show—NO REFUND.

Refunds

Regarding refunds for unutilized services, the refund amount would be determined according to the cancellation procedure shown above, and the funds would be repaid to the person who made the payment to us. Please be mindful that the refund process may take 2–4 weeks due to financial processes and vacations. If the refund is sent to a credit card account or a bank account, the bank costs will be taken from the refund amount.

Returns

  • You have 24 working hours to inform us that services are not needed.
  • To be qualified for cancellation, follow the refund or cancellation policies of the airline, hotel, or end service provider.
  • Car rental cancellation must be made within 4 hours of reporting time within the city limits or before the car departs our office for outstation usage.
